The other drake setups are passable, but this is better.
Perfect for gangs or solo work. I pirate for a living and this boat has served me well.

Use T2 ammo because its significantly cheaper and you will need to switch between high range and high damage frequently. You can use extender rigs but they are extremely costly considering you will be ganked sooner rather than later. You want to be effective, yet sustainable and dropping 35 Million on rigs per drake is a waste.
This setup is superior because it has full tackle which some of the others lack. If in a gang, your role is a heavy tackler and support DPS. Solo, you need every advantage you can get and overloaded webs will net you a lot of kills against careless, smaller targets. Also, BC and cruisers will just MWD out of scram range if they see you're winning.
You want Warrior IIs because of their superior speed to take out nano ships that might pin you down. Also, put your modules in that order for best heat distribution. If you don't have Thermodynamics, train it now. It will save your life and net you more kills.
Lastly, you don't need implants to fit this as long as you have AWU 4.
